Provided is a conductive silicon impregnant solution, which exhibits good conductivity, is stable against friction or shock, and has lower resistance value than conventional impregnant solutions. The conductive silicon impregnant solution is manufactured by the steps of: (1) adding an organic solvent 250-340phr to 100 parts by weight of a silicon polymer and mixing the admixture to thoroughly disperse the silicon polymer in the organic solvent; (2) adding a conductive solution 2-7phr to the mixture of the step (1) to be mixed; and (3) adding conductive carbon 15-25phr to the mixture of the step (2) to be mixed.
