An endoscopic suturing device is provided to perform a stomach reduction operation efficiently in time. In an endoscopic suturing device, a sealing body(14) is constructed with a shape and a dimension to be attached to a distal portion of the endoscope. The sealing body(14) is composed of a sealing housing and is received to allow a needle to move along a continuous circular path by easily applying sealing fixed to the distal portion of the needle in the sealing housing by the needle and the driving assembly. The driving assembly includes a locker moving along the sealing housing under the control of a driving cable and a pin. And, the operation of the driving cable and the operation of the pin allow the needle to move around the circular path by selectively connecting and disconnecting the needle by the locker.
