A method for manufacturing a plasma display panel is provided to prevent a module due to a tip pipe from being damaged by removing the tip pipe. An upper substrate(111) and a lower substrate(150) are adhered to each other. Impurity gas is exhausted through a tip pipe by using a vacuum pump, which is connected a hole formed in the lower substrate. Discharge gas is injected to a discharge space from an UV curing agent chamber through the tip pipe by a pressure difference between a discharge space and the UV curing agent chamber. UV curing agent is injected through the tip pipe. Ultraviolet rays are irradiated into the tip pipe to cure the UV curing agent in order to seal the hole.
