A method for making acanthopanax senticosus tea powder is provided to obtain acanthopanax senticosus tea powder having portability and an improved taste and flavor, and maintaining the effects unique to acanthopanax senticosus. The method for making acanthopanax senticosus tea powder comprises the steps of: collecting fresh leaves of acanthopanax senticosus, cutting the leaves into a size of about 1.5-2 cm; boiling the leaves in a kettle; cooling the boiled leaves, rubbing the leaves for about 4-5 minutes and drying the leaves; further boiling the dried leaves in a kettle at 250-300 deg.C for 5-10 minutes; and pulverizing the leaves.
