Provided are antibacterial degradable bio-new materials, which have an economic efficiency and productivity, solve severe environmental pollution problems, and are substituted for conventional plastic products. The antibacterial degradable bio-new materials are manufactured by the steps of: preparing biodegradable new materials from biodegradable polylactic acid using injection/heat molding technologies, drying methods, etc; binding silver and zinc to zeolite of aluminosilicate to obtain an inorganic antibacterial agent; and mixing the biodegradable new materials with the inorganic antibacterial agent.
