A steering system of a cart is provided to obtain accurate and stable steering movement and to improve work efficiency by using a wheel of a fixing axis not connected with a handle as a front wheel. A supporting piece is connected to an upper part of a rotating pipe and a pulley(108) is rotatably coupled to the lower part of the rotating pipe. A connection piece(113) connected to the lower part of a fixing shaft is attached to the surface of the supporting piece of the upper part of the rotating pipe and a fixing pin is coupled to one side of the rotating shaft. An insertion groove is formed in a lower part of a handle and a locking piece is attached to the upper part of the insertion groove. A rotating piece is fixed to the upper part of a supporting shaft and a fixing plate supporting a wheel is attached to the lower part of the supporting shaft. A locking rod is inserted into a locking hole. A pressing part is formed in the upper part of an elastic piece. The lower part of the elastic piece is coupled to the locking rod. The center of the elastic piece is coupled with the extension piece of a socket.
