A reciprocal slide cover for a cutting tool machine is provided to prevent damage by chips and contamination by a cutting oil by closing an opened portion with the slide cover even when a head cover is reciprocated. A reciprocal slide cover for a cutting tool machine includes a heat cover(110), a slide cover(120), a spring(130), and a stopper(140). The head cover is reciprocally moved and a stepped portion is formed on one side of the head cover. The slide cover is located at the stepped portion of the head cover. One end of the spring is fixed to the slide cover and the other end thereof is fixed to the head cover to provide a resilient force when the spring is expanded or contacted as the slide cover is moved. The stopper is fixed to an opened portion so as to be interfered with the slide cover so that the slide cover closes the opened portion located in a movement range of the slide cover.
