A door actuator with dual output shafts in a vehicle air conditioner is provided to mount one of a pair of output shafts at a right or left side of the air conditioner without any modification of structure or component parts, thereby improving mounting efficiency. A door actuator with dual output shafts in a vehicle air conditioner includes upper and lower covers(100) coupled with each other. A motor(140) is mounted in a space between the coupled upper and lower covers. An output gear(160) is connected to a driving gear mounted to a shaft of the motor via a reduction gear line, and has a pair of output shafts(162,164) withdrawn to the outside through the upper and lower covers. A feedback sensor module(170) is in a hollow shape to be fitted outside one of the output shaft, and recognize a feedback output value according to rotation of this output shaft to control the same.
