A trocar for a laparoscope is provided to maintain a constant pressure inside an abdominal cavity by preventing inner gas from leaking from the abdominal cavity. A guiding tube(12) is formed at a lower portion of a housing(10). A valve mount(14) is formed on an upper inner periphery of the housing. A check valve(20) is arranged on the valve mount. A base plate(40) covers an upper surface of the check valve. A sealing plate(50) includes a sealing plate body and a sealing plate support unit(54). The sealing plate body(51) is arranged on the base plate. An attaching hole(52) is formed on a center of the sealing plate body. The sealing plate support unit covers a rim of the sealing plate body. A housing cover(60) covers an upper portion of the sealing plate and is coupled with the housing. An outer periphery of a sealing ring(70), whose center portion is formed to be convex to an upward direction, is attached to an inner rim of the base plate. The center portion and the inner periphery of the sealing ring are lifted to an upward direction by a back flow pressure from an abdominal cavity, so that the sealing ring lifts up the upper sealing plate.
