An information recording medium with predetermined patterns for detecting RF(Radio Frequency) signal levels, an optimum recording condition determination method thereof, and a recording/reproducing device of the information recording medium are provided to easily determine an optimum recording condition of the medium by using predetermined pattern signals, and to confirm a factor which directly influences quality of the signals so as to improve quality of RF signals. To detect levels of RF signals read from an information recording medium, predetermined pattern signals are formed among nTs(n is a natural number, T is a clock period) which are periodically repeated. The predetermined pattern signals consist of combinations of Ts in different lengths which correspond to each level of the RF signals. The nTs are in smaller length than resolution while the Ts of different lengths are in length more than the resolution.
