COMPACT MICRO MAGNETIC FIELD DETECTING SENSOR USING MAGNETO IMPEDANCE EFFECTS AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

A compact micro magnetic field detecting sensor using an AC magneto-resistance effect and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a complicated manufacturing process and minimize a level of difficulty of the process, thereby reducing a production cost. A hard-ferrite magnet is made of a hard ferrite, and moves an operation point of a magnetic-field detecting sensor to a portion having excellent linearity by using a magnetizer. A magnetic core is made of a soft ferrite formed one side of the hard-ferrite magnet, and impedance of the magnetic core is changed according to an external micro magnetic field.
