<p>The device has screwed steel staples provided on T-shaped vertical posts which are arranged with the wall at predetermined intervals to form precise angular profiles. The profiles are formed with fin portions which are anchored to the vertical posts with the use of screws. The steel staples are formed in L shape, and formed with horizontal grooves to which pieces of ceramics or similar material are fitted and fixed in lateral arrangement.</p>
