<p>A tower has an arm and a counter arm having no braces of a movable support, and has superposed and joined portions. The lower end of the tower is joined to a base or cement plinth. The upper end of the tower is coupled to a structure with a bearing that rotates with a lower structure and is articulated to the arm and counter arm. A ballast for balance at the end of the arm and counter arm has a lower level disposed higher than the ground and the lower stringers of the arm. The horizontal axis of the ballast corresponds to the neutral axis of the counter arm upon the neutral axis of the arm.</p> |
