A vehicle-body cover (101) covers a vehicle-body frame (25) whose front end has a head tube (26) which supports a steering handle (35). The vehicle-body frame has a lower frame part (27b) which passes along the downward direction of a step floor (103), and a mudguard (120) which prevents e.g. muddy water spring-lifted by the rear end of the lower frame part from entering at the engine side. The step floor for mounting of rider's foot is arranged between the steering handle and a seat (105). The seat is arranged upwards of an engine (E) mounted on the vehicle-body frame.
