The new formulations are for the inhibition of urease with special specificity in erlation to ureases of micro-organisms. Accordingly, they are especially useful in teh control of the processes of hydrolysis of urea in all types of soils. The formulations owe their activity to the presence of aqueous or organic extracts of plants belonging to the family commonly known as Mimosa.
