Methods and reagents for reducing expression of proteins involved in intracellular signalling are disclosed. Specifically, siRNA sequences are provided for reducing expression of Src, stat3, and c-myc gene products. Combination treatments are disclosed for inhibiting cell proliferative pathways, and for reducing tumor growth in breast and col on cancer.
