A lower L-shaped restraint adapts to the lower face of a surface. An upper L-shaped restraint is displaceable telescopically relative to the lower restraint to adapt to the upper face of the surface. A vertical wing of the lower restraint has auger assistants penetrated by a pin crossing a nut between the restraints. The nut vertically displaces inside the vertical wing by the action of an axis thread for adjustment of the upper and lower restraints pressing against the upper and lower surfaces of the surface.
