A floating frame has two close semi-portions articulated in between by a fixed joint and mounted to the frame of an agricultural machinery in which counterweights are mounted to provide stability. A mechanical shock absorber is articulated to the semi-portions by fixed joints such that the counterweights resist irregularities in the area and prevent transmission of the irregularities to a tractor. A regulator controls the rigidity of the mechanical shock absorber such that the suspension can adapt to the different work conditions and to different agricultural machineries.
