The method for assessing the compression of the vertebral arteries in the patients with the injury of the cervical backbone division provides for ultrasonography of the vertebral arteries on the left and on the right in the supine position of the patient with the straight position of the head, with the head turned to the right or to the left, in sitting and standing positions of the patient with the straight position of the head as well as the head turned to the right or to the left.
