An HDD(Hard Disc Drive) is provided to secure a TMR(Track Miss Registration) margin by enhancing a clamping torque of a clamp screw for a clamp in the non-operation of the HDD, preventing the generation of disk slip, reducing the clamping torque in the operation of the HDD, and reducing RRO(Repeatable Run Out). A disk(11) records and stores data. A shaft(14) forms a rotary axis core of the disk(11). A screw insertion part is formed in the shaft(14) along an axis direction. A spindle motor hub(20), formed at an external side of a radius direction of the shaft(14), supports the disk(11). A clamp(30) is combined to an upper part of the spindle motor hub(20). When an internal side edge part of the clamp(30) is pressurized, an external side edge part of the clamp(30) elastically pressurizes the disk(11) and fixes the disk(11) to the spindle motor hub(20). A clamp screw(16), inserted into the screw insertion part through the clamp(30), pressurizes the clamp(30) by a certain clamping torque toward the disk(11). A screw supporting part is formed in the screw insertion part, and the clamp screw(16) is combined to the screw supporting part. The screw supporting part supports the clamp screw(16) to be capable of rising and falling so that the clamping torque of the clamp screw(16) for the clamp(30) is changed on the basis of an operating condition of the disk(11).
