The invention relates to an electrically-operated oven composed of a stirrer and an arrangement of three fans 45 recycling airflow into the oven by creating descending air current passing through nine electric resistances 36 in order to be heated. The descending air current penetrates the foodstuff and escapes following the same path from the perforated pan wherein this foodstuff is positioned. The stirrer 24 is in position to manually move in the vertical direction by means of the shaft 37 andthe hand wheel 46 located on the upper part of this last as well as to enter inside the pan wherefrom it may be optionally pull out. The electromotor sets into operation the stirrer via the sprocket wheel 34 moving the sprocket wheel 33 entraining the shaft 37 of the stirrer 24 into motion provided that this last is encountered at the bottom of the roasting chamber and the shaft 37 is meshed with the sprocket wheel 33. The foodstuff is roasted with hot airflow while stirred up. Stirring function may stop during the operation of the oven; the stirrer 24 gets out from the pan and descends anew when another foodstuff is placed therein. |
