A semiconductor disk control apparatus is provided to optimize data exchange speed with a flash memory by supplying an additional adjustable clock. In a semiconductor disk control apparatus controlling data exchange between the outside and a flash memory(20~23), a flash interface(150) interfaces with the flash memory. A host interface(120) interfaces with the outside. A first clock generator(160) supplies a first driving clock to the host interface. A second clock generator(190) independently supplies a second driving clock to the flash interface.
