A wind powered advertising feature which attracts attention has the advertising panels (7) each supported from a separate vertical post (4) to swing to either side by a preset amount. The posts are supported on a central mast via radial arms (2, 2') and the whole system rotates about the mast. During the rotation each pane swings from side to side as the wind catches it. This oscillating effect enhances the attraction effect of the panels. |
