An insert for heat exchange pipe is arranged as hollow cylinder. At the walls of the cylinder rectangular slots are arranged, and over the cylinder two washers are installed, in one of those round openings are arranged. At that the hollow cylinder and the washers are fixed in heat exchange pipe of boiler by holder.
