The invention relates to building, more exactly to installations used at concrete filling works. In installation for filling with loading funnel, cellular drum with rotary drive outlet branch pipe and compacting element the last is arranged in round shape, and the plate to which loading funnel, compacting element and outlet branch pipe are fixed is placed in self-centering cardan hinge. Technical result is in absence of bending load applied to cellular drum with drive, this provides uniform distribution of pressing force at whole plane of contact of compacting element and cellular drum.
