The proposed piezoelectric mechanical-electric transducer contains a thickness-polarized disk piezoelectric element and two matching amplifiers. At one of the end surfaces of the piezoelectric element, two semi-disk electrodes and two semi-ring electrodes are arranged. At the second end surface, a disk electrode is arranged. The inputs of the amplifiers are accordingly connected to the first and the second semi-disk electrodes. The outputs of the amplifiers are accordingly connected to the first and the second semi-ring electrodes. The disk electrode is connected to the common point of the transducer circuit.
