Cap for the bottle contains decorative housing (1) with internal longitudinal lugs (2) on internal wall and tear-off membrane (3) on the end for indication of disclosure, drain bushing (4), which is installed inside decorative housing (1) for fastening on the neck of bottle, locking bushing (5) connected with drain bushing (4) with the help of axial threaded connection (6) and executed with branch pipe (7) for perforation of membrane (3) of decorative housing (1) and for liquid drain, and also with external longitudinal lugs (8) on external wall, which are engaged with internal longitudinal lugs (2) of decorative housing (1) for axial displacement of locking bushing (5), and also locking element (9). Housing (1) is made from transparent material and with internal upper and lower transverse lugs (10, 11), which are located in two tiers on its internal wall, drain bushing (4) is executed with internal longitudinal lugs (12) and lateral windows (13) on side wall, and also with slants (14) for engagement with the neck of bottle, which are located in the lower part of lateral windows (13) and are directed at an angle inside drain bushing (4), with transverse partition (15) and with axial opening (16), which form a seat of locking element (9), and also with cylindrical lug (17), which is executed from below transverse partition (15) and on which is mounted a sealing bushing (18). Locking element (9) is executed in the form of valve of cup-shaped form, which is fastened to the locking bushing (5) with the help of lobes (19), in this case, drain bushing (4) is installed inside decorative housing (1) in such a manner that lateral windows (13) of drain bushing (14) are engaged with internal upper transverse lugs (10) of decorative housing (1), and lower end (20) of drain bushing (4) rests on internal lower transverse lugs (11) of decorative housing (1).
