摘要 The method for producing phytosubstance possessing the anti-inflammatory activity comprises the use of the dry raw material from he fruits of the red pepper (Capsicum annum). The crushed raw material is extracted several times at the temperature of 90-95 DEGREE C with the purified water at a 1:15-1:20 ratio for 30-60 minutes followed by clarification, filtration and freeze-drying of the final product.
