#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a cover (15) provided with an opening and defining a hem, on which a sliding cord (19) is placed. The cover has a pair of panels assembled on upper and lateral sides of the cover by using zip fasteners (16, 37), where the bottom of the cover is covered with the cord. The cord has a length greater than the length of the hem to form several turns around a pot for covering the pot with the folds of the cover. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for protecting a plant e.g. sage, mimosa, palm tree, camellia, banana tree, citrus fruit tree, bay tree, fuchsia, cactaceae, geranium, shrub, pelargonium and vegetable crop such as a tomato stem, provided on a terrace and garden, against bad weather. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The length of the cord is greater than the length of the hem to form several turns around a pot for covering the pot with the folds of the cover, thus obtaining a sealing against cold, wind, frost, air blast, and parasites. The plant is therefore effectively prevented against the bad weather. The bottom of the cover is covered with the cord, thus preventing the cover from flying away in case of a violent wind. The cover can be easily installed or opened, so that the plant receives the light throughout the day when the temperature is favorable to the plant. The device avoids condensation and permits effective respiration of roots, thus avoiding freezing of the roots of the plant.
