The invention relates to building and can be used at reinforcement of walls of buildings and structures. The method for reinforcement of walls of building and structures includes mounting and fixation to walls from outside or from premises stands and holders, level-by-level mounting on holders of guide roller blocks, with passing continuous cable through the blocks in perimeter of outer or inner walls at level of floor plates, with cable belt tensioning by means of tension unit, at that the cable from each level is placed to tension unit body of which is fixed to basement structures. Tension unit includes body, threaded pins with tension nuts, at that the body is made of frame anchored to basement, and guide stand, threaded pins are with one end fixed on the frame of the body, and at the other ends of the pins traverse is mounted with tension block with possibility of displacement of those in guide stand. Equal tension of cable at different levels of the building is achieved, and possibility of tension of relaxed with time belts.
