The proposed piezoelectric mechanical-electric transducer contains an axially-polarized cylindrical piezoelectric element and two matching amplifiers. At the inside surface of the piezoelectric element, a cylindrical electrode is arranged. At the outside surface, three electrodes are arranged, each of which is designed as a third part of a cylinder. At the end surfaces, ring electrodes are arranged. The input of the first amplifier is connected to the first ring electrode, and the output is connected to the first outside electrode. The input of the second amplifier is connected to the second ring electrode, and the output is connected to the second and the third outside electrodes. The internal electrode is connected to the common point of the transducer circuit.
