Provided is a disposable safety syringe having a sealing member and a contacting member, thereby improving a stability of handling the syringe by moving a needle into an inner portion of a cylinder. An adopter tube(100) is inserted into an inner diameter of an outlet port. A sealing member(200) is inserted into a rear portion of the adopter tube. A contacting member(300) has a contact portion(310) closely in contact with an inner diameter surface of a cylinder, an inserting portion(320) formed on a center portion of the contact portion, and a recessed groove(330) formed on the inserting portion. A pressure piece(400) protrudes from an end edge portion of a push rod in a forward direction. A support groove is formed on the inner diameter surface of the cylinder for supporting the contact portion of the sealing member.
