A device for unrolling of pasteboard packing contains fixed counter-blade, which has a configuration of a pattern, sets of cutters, which are fixed on two parallel shafts, which perform motion and have cutting edges at sharp angle to the plane of billet. Moving knives are fixed on knife-holders, which are installed eccentrically on the shafts with possibility of relative displacement and completed by rings rigidly connected with the shafts, one of which contains the means of contact knife-holder for setting in motion of knife and they are completed by springs for setting knives in initial position.
