摘要 A method for production of cake cheese with components of vegetable origin involves preparation of milk-protein base, cooling thereof, introduction of flavourings and sugar, mixing, prepacking and cooling. The healthful and dietary food products based on ôProzerö sprouted cereals are additionally introduced, those prior to introduction to milk-protein base are subjected to swelling in pasteurized whey with following heat treatment and cooling.
