#CMT# #/CMT# The device has helical springs (31, 32) connecting a support (2) to upper and lower profiles (10) closer to a proximal edge of a flexible panel (1). Return units (4) include an elastic rope for connecting the support to the profiles closer to a distal edge of the panel and maintain the spacing between the profiles. The springs connect the support to the profiles through an arm having a base and a plate that present orifices for anchoring the springs. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for placing a flexible panel e.g. advertising panel and information panel, in a vertical plane at a side of a support (claimed) e.g. flagpole and wall mount holder, in a passage place such as an outer area of a commercial zone. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The return units maintain the spacing between the profiles, so that the profiles remain constantly parallel under the effect of a wind and the panel is sufficiently maintained under tension at any circumstances, thus avoiding an inflation effect on the panel and maintaining a visual appearance of the panel. The helical springs and the return units ensure easy removal of the panel during the wind and return of the panel in its position, while maintaining the flatness of the panel during the panel removal and returning movements. The springs connect the profiles to the support through an arm which is maintained independent of the springs, so that the springs and the arm can be replaced individually, thus facilitating maintenance and reducing the fabrication cost of the device.
