#CMT# #/CMT# The flange has an arrangement provided for mounting a carrying handle of a spool, where the handle is articulated in a circular slot (4C`) of the spool. The handle is pivoted in one direction in which it is embedded in the slot, in a utilization position, and in another direction in which it is stopped and projects from the slot, in a storage position. The handle is constituted of a semi-circularly shaped plate and comprises a side provided with slots distributed along the side. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a spool composed of a barrel and two flanges. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for being rotated to unwind an electric power cable wound on a spool (claimed) that is placed on a display case of a store, where the case is fixed on a frame by its rear part and is utilized for storing the electric power cable. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The handle projects from the slot, in the storage position, to ensure that the flange can be superposed with another flange with minimum clearance, thus providing a gain of place, while ensuring effective stacking of the spool. The handle permits carrying the spool in an easy and better manner.
