A flow control valve is provided to control the amount of fluid moved to the interior of a housing by using an eccentric cam converting the drive forces of synchronous motors. A flow control valve includes synchronous motors(20), an eccentric cam(30), a power transferring section(50), and a latch gear(40). The synchronous motors generate drive force in different directions. The eccentric cam is connected between the synchronous motors to convert the power transmission direction. The power transferring section is rolled on the eccentric cam to control the amount of the fluid moved into the interior of the housing by the operation of the eccentric cam. The latch gear transfers the drive force to one of the synchronous motors, with the other of the synchronous motors being idled. |
