A method for refining oil comprises heating oil, introduction of orthophosphoric acid, mixing, neutralization of free fatty acids, separation of soapstock. At first, raw oil is conditioned and orthophosphoric acid is introduced therein. After mixing and keeping the oil is cooled. Neutralization of free fatty acids is carried out with caustic soda and added phosphoric acid, thoroughly mixed and kept. Before isolation of soap stock the oil is heated. After isolation of soap stock and waxes neutralized oil is washed for reducing final amount of soap, heating oil and adding rinsing water, thoroughly mixed with separation of water on the separator.
