Process equipment for a flat panel display is provided to increase access ability to a clean booth by installing footboard supporting bars so that a worker easily moves to a ceiling of the clean booth. A base frame is installed with a certain height from a ground. A clean booth(110) is installed on the base frame. A conveyer unit(140) is installed in an inner space of the clean booth. The conveyer booth moves a flat panel display to a predetermined direction. The clean booth includes footboard supporting bars(120). The footboard supporting bars are horizontally and vertically installed to cross the upper portion of the inner space in the clean booth. The footboard supporting bars are comprised of a metal pipe and an outer plate made of PVC. The outer plate is installed to surround the circumference of the pipe.
