Rotor conditioner has body with inlet and outlet air branch pipes for water discharge, rotor installed in the body, formed with placed concentrically on water distributor truncated thin-walled cones, this is driven by drive, and blade guiding apparatus, the blades of this one are made hollow. In the outlet air branch pipe heat exchanger is installed, to this one blade guide apparatus is connected, it is placed just before the heat exchanger and after it and is arranged as a pack of placed concentrically truncated cones. Heat exchanger is driven from rotor drive through coupling clutch. Branch pipe for water draining is placed at joint of rotor and heat exchanger with moisture catcher placed at the inlet.
