摘要 The proposed method for determining the resistance of the object by the thermal noise intensity consists in separating the voltage signal that corresponds to thermal noise into two components, modulating one of the components with a low-frequency signal, comparing the modulated and unmodulated components in order to form the difference alternating signal, providing the amplification and square-law detection of the alternating signal, and converting the detected signal into digital code.
