The set of shaping reeling cutters for working of gears contains, at least, finish and rough cutters, which have mount and working part with the blades. The teeth of rough and finishing cutters of the set are located in different planes, which penetrate the axis of the mount. The shape of the cutting edges of teeth of rough cutter contains straightportions and forms rough profile of the blades of workpiece. The profile of the cutting edge of the teeth of finishing cutter takes the form of involute curve, it has circular arcs and assigned final profile of the teeth of workpiece is formed. Form and size of profiles are selected from the condition for rational division of tolerance between the cutters of set, and also from the condition of guaranteeing the strength of cutting wedge. |
