The unit has multiple compartments (5) opening on lower side of the unit and separated by ribs. The length of the ribs is lower than the length of the compartments such that the ribs are not supported on a fixing base (4) of girders (2). An end of each rib has a vertical unhooking part projecting below an upper surface (8) of the fixing base of each girder so that the part contacts with one of lateral surfaces (9) of the base.
