A machine of turbine type has a working wheel and a distribution chamber fixed on the central axle, at that the working wheel is placed coaxially with the distribution chamber with minimal allowed gap with possibility of rotation with respect to the central axis and fixed to the body of the machine, with formation of collector between the working wheel and the body. The distribution chamber has flow-through channels and windows, and the working wheel has flow-through channels with given radius of curvature placed between the inner and the outerdiameters of the working wheel. Along the circle of the inner diameter of the working wheel at inlets of flow-through channels a generator nozzle is placed. The regenerator nozzle is arranged as porous heat-conductive structure.
