An installation for dust utilization includes a conveyer connected with the valve of electrostatic cleaner and sludge collector. The conveyer of closed type is made in the form of chute-conveyer, internal lower part of which is lined with nekrolite for 2/3 of chute height, and the upper part of the chute-conveyer is equipped with a cover, and in the lower part of the chute-conveyer on the top in front of the sludge collector at least one water-air sprayer is installed. The chute-conveyer is inclined towards the sludge pit at an angle from 100 to 200 to horizontal plane. The lower part of the chute-conveyer is made in the section along the radius R, and the cover of chute-conveyer is made sectional, each part of which is hingedly attached to the post of fastening the chute-conveyer.
