A method and an apparatus for managing a schedule after ending a call in a mobile terminal are provided to allow a user to conveniently check his/her schedule regardless of time and place. A key input unit(110) receives schedule content to be registered from a user and selectively receives a menu for a schedule management. When a call is terminated, a controller(120) immediately connects a schedule management screen image from a cal termination screen image and registers the schedule content received from the user in the schedule management screen image. A display unit(130) displays the call termination screen image and the schedule management screen image.
