<p>PURPOSE: A power supply circuit of a liquid crystal display is provided to be controlled not to output an output voltage when a transistor of the power supply circuit is damaged or the circuit stops its operation. CONSTITUTION: A power supply circuit of a liquid crystal display includes a switching element(Q2) that switches an output port of the power supply circuit and an input port of a load according to an input voltage of the power supply circuit. The switching element is a PNP bipolar transistor or an NMOS transistor. A resistor(R1) is placed between the gate of the switching element and an input port of the power supply circuit.</p> |
