Solar heat collector has light-transparent cylindrical container, heat carrier pipe, pipeline with pump for connection of heat carrier pipe to circulation circuit, pipeline, this hydraulically connects the closed cavity of the container to circulation circuit and feeding pipeline with pump. Container is made of two cylindrical, transparent, placed coaxially elements - the outer and the inner ones, connected to closed cavity filled with water. In the cavity of the inner element of container pipe of heat carrier is placed, this is hydraulically connected to closed cavity of container and feeding pipeline for periodic refilling of cavity of container with water. .
