The housing of tank is divided into sections for positioning the packets with rubbish, hatch cover is executed with possibility of turning and fixation and has an open segment, and for the purpose of protection from the penetration of smell it is equipped with a shutter, at selection of the corresponding type of waste with the help of swivel gear, the cover of tanks comes back, thus opening the appropriate section.
