The inner section is fully extended by sliding inner section rearward by holding a cap (50) until shoulder between rear groove and threaded extension of one assembly is stopped by rim (22). The pen is fully extended by sliding inner section rearward until shoulder between rear groove and outer extension of other assembly is stopped by another rim (12).
